Privacy Policy (KVKK)

The data controller is SPEED SOLUTIONS TEKNOLOJİ VE YAZILIM DANIŞMANLIĞI LTD. ŞTİ. ("Speed Solutions", "we"), a limited company registered in Turkey with its registered office at Derviş Ali Mah. Dilmaç Sk. İpek No: 21 İç Kapı No: 2, Fatih / Istanbul, Turkey.

We only process data that is needed to quote, deliver and invoice a corporate order:

• Identity and contact data — full name, job title, company name, e-mail address, telephone number, Telegram username.
• Commercial data — the products and volumes you ask about, quotes issued, order history, billing address, tax number, invoice records.
• Technical data — IP address, browser and device type, referring page and pages viewed, collected in aggregate form by the analytics tools described in our Cookie Policy.
• Communication records — the Telegram and e-mail correspondence exchanged with our sales desk.

This website has no checkout, no cart and no payment form. We never collect card numbers, CVV codes, online banking credentials or any payment authentication data through the site. Settlement takes place off-platform, through the bank or payment channel stated on the invoice.

We also do not ask for special-category data (health, biometric, religious or political data) and ask you not to send any.

We use the data above to:

• answer quote requests and prepare offers;
• conclude and perform the sales contract, and provision licences, API keys and credits;
• issue invoices and meet our accounting, tax and commercial record-keeping duties;
• provide after-sales support and handle refund or cancellation requests;
• detect and prevent fraud, abuse and breaches of vendor terms;
• measure aggregate site traffic so we can improve the catalogue and the pages.

Under Article 5 of the KVKK we rely on: the necessity of processing for the conclusion or performance of a contract; compliance with a legal obligation (tax, commercial and accounting law); the establishment or protection of a right; and our legitimate interests, where processing does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.

Optional analytics runs on your explicit consent and can be refused without any effect on your order. Where the GDPR applies, the equivalent bases are Article 6(1)(b), (c), (f) and (a).

We disclose personal data only as far as an order requires it, and only to:

• the software and AI vendors whose products you buy, where an account, seat or key has to be provisioned in your name;
• our accountants, auditors and legal advisers, under a duty of confidentiality;
• banks and payment institutions that process the settlement of your invoice;
• hosting, e-mail and analytics providers acting as data processors on our instructions;
• courts, public authorities and regulators, where disclosure is required by law.

Several of the vendors we resell and some of our infrastructure providers are established outside Turkey, mainly in the European Union and the United States. Where an order requires it, the minimum data needed to provision an account (usually a name, business e-mail address and company name) is transferred abroad.

Such transfers are made in line with Article 9 of the KVKK — on the basis of your explicit consent, an appropriate safeguard such as standard contractual clauses, or a Board decision permitting the transfer.

Invoices, contracts and the commercial records attached to them are kept for 10 years, as required by the Turkish Commercial Code and the Tax Procedure Law. Quote requests that do not result in an order are kept for 3 years from the last contact. Sales correspondence is kept for 3 years. Aggregate analytics data is kept for at most 14 months.

When a retention period ends, the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised under our internal retention and destruction procedure.

The site is served over TLS. Access to order and invoice records is limited to the staff who need it, under confidentiality undertakings. Credentials we deliver to you are sent through the channel you nominate and are not retained longer than needed to confirm delivery and support you.

Because we never take card data on the site, the most sensitive part of the payment flow stays with the bank.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to:

• learn whether your personal data is being processed, and request information if it is;
• learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose;
• know the third parties, in Turkey or abroad, to whom the data is transferred;
• request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, and that recipients be notified;
• request erasure or destruction where the grounds for processing have disappeared;
• object to a result produced solely by automated analysis;
• claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

İpek No: 21 İç Kapı No: 2, Fatih / Istanbul, Turkey, stating your name, your relationship with us and the request itself. We answer free of charge within 30 days at the latest; a fee under the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply if the response requires a separate cost.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK Kurumu).
