Age Restriction Policy (18+)

Our products are sold exclusively to businesses, sole traders and other professional buyers, and only to natural persons who are at least 18 years old. The website is not directed at children and no part of the catalogue is offered to minors.

Orders are concluded under a commercial contract with corporate invoicing, which requires legal capacity to contract. In addition, the vendors whose products we resell impose their own minimum age and account-eligibility rules, and an account opened in breach of them can be suspended without compensation.

By requesting a quote or confirming an order you represent that you are at least 18 years old, that you have legal capacity, and that you are authorised to act for the company named on the order.

Where we have reason to doubt that these conditions are met, we may ask for confirmation of the corporate details or of the authority of the contact, and we may refuse or cancel the order. We request only what is needed for that check, keep it no longer than necessary, and process it under our Privacy Policy.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, write to info@speedsolutions.net and we will verify and delete the data without undue delay, and cancel any related order.

Delivered credentials must not be given to any person under 18. Where the products are used in an environment that includes minors — for example an educational institution — you are responsible for supervision, access control and any content filtering the vendor makes available.

Generative AI products can produce material that is not appropriate for minors, and their safety filters are set by the vendor, not by us. Reviewing and restricting internal access to such tools remains the customer's responsibility.
